Roles and responsibilities:
1) The coordination committee is responsible for each stage of the FEDEK accreditation process.
2) It applies the FEDEK surveys during each academic semester, adapting them to the needs of the department, and evaluates all the survey results and course files in the end-of-semester meeting.
3) It prepares the self-evaluation report as provided by the FEDEK and in the light of the data collected in relation to education and teaching.
4) Controls the work of other committees and changes the members of the committees if necessary.
5) May form new committees if necessary.
6) May make changes to the roles and responsibilities of committees.
7) Oversee the work of the student information and tracking system and the graduate information system.
8) The members of the committee are selected by the head of department.
9) It is responsible for updating the programme aims and outcomes according to the needs of the internal stakeholders. In this context, the committee meets once a year with the representatives of the internal stakeholders in order to update the aims and outcomes of the programme.
10) The committee shall evaluate the previous semester in a meeting at the beginning of each academic semester. It may also meet at any time.
11) The faculty representative of FEDEK is also invited to the committee meetings when necessary.
