Roles and responsibilities:
1) The coordination committee is responsible for each stage of the FEDEK accreditation process.
2) It applies the FEDEK surveys during each academic semester, adapting them to the needs of the department, and evaluates all the survey results and course files in the end-of-semester meeting.
3) It prepares the self-evaluation report as provided by the FEDEK and in the light of the data collected in relation to education and teaching.
4) Controls the work of other committees and changes the members of the committees if necessary.
5) May form new committees if necessary.
6) May make changes to the roles and responsibilities of committees.
7) Oversee the work of the student information and tracking system and the graduate information system.
8) The members of the committee are selected by the head of department.
9) It is responsible for updating the programme aims and outcomes according to the needs of the internal stakeholders. In this context, the committee meets once a year with the representatives of the internal stakeholders in order to update the aims and outcomes of the programme.
10) The committee shall evaluate the previous semester in a meeting at the beginning of each academic semester. It may also meet at any time.
11) The faculty representative of FEDEK is also invited to the committee meetings when necessary.

Roles and responsibilities:
1) The student relations committee shall meet to evaluate and resolve student problems on dates determined by the head of the committee.
2) It provides support to the successful students of the third year and above in attending symposia and departmental seminars by monitoring the performance of the students. It shall also seek solutions to assist unsuccessful students. The control of the student tracking system is under the responsibility of the departmental academic advisor and the student advisors.
3) It evaluates the whole academic year at a meeting held in the second week of May each year and reports to the coordination committee by the end of May.
Student activity and career guidance committee:

Roles and responsibilities:
1) The student activity and career guidance committee is responsible for identifying and organising all types of departmental events.
2) It organises, at the beginning of each academic year, an information session for first-year students on the professional opportunities available to graduates of the department.
3) It organises academic or non-academic activities in addition to the professional opportunities and coordinates these activities with the student group.
4) It evaluates the whole academic year at a meeting held in the second week of May each year and reports to the coordination committee by the end of May. It also plans the following year.
5) The student representative of the department is also invited to the meetings of the committee on student activities.
6) It can meet at any time.
Student exchange programmes committee

Roles and responsibilities:
1) The student exchange programme committee organises information sessions to improve the mobility of student exchange programmes (Erasmus+, Mevlana, Farabi).
2) It takes care of the routine work of the students participating in the exchange programmes.
3) It evaluates the whole academic year at a meeting held in the second week of May each year and reports to the coordination committee by the end of May.
4) It can meet at any time.
Double Majors and Minors Committee

Roles and responsibilities:
1) The double major and minor programme committee shall identify and address the problems faced by students on double majors and minors.
2) It endeavours to increase the quota and mobility of these programmes.
3) It evaluates the whole academic year at a meeting held in the second week of May each year and reports to the coordination committee by the end of May.
4) It may meet at any time.

Roles and responsibilities:
1) The infrastructure committee evaluates the department’s infrastructure needs (classrooms, student work areas, faculty members’ rooms, teaching tools, etc.) and how to solve them at a meeting held in the second week of May each year.
2) It identifies new needs.
3) It reports its proposed solutions to the coordination committee.

Roles and responsibilities:
The committee to consult external stakeholders meets in the second week of May each year to evaluate the external stakeholder activities and their results during the academic year and reports to the coordination committee by the end of May. It also plans the following year. At this meeting, the committee also discusses the agenda for updating the aims and outcomes of the programme according to the needs of the external stakeholders.

1) Oversees the work of the student information and tracking systems.
2) Manages the student relations committee and arranges a meeting when necessary.
